Give your grandest welcome to the Los Angeles housing area’s newest contender: weighing in at 100,000 square feet, all the way from Bel Air, California, boasting four pools and even a grand casino- I give you Los Angeles’ $500 million Mega Mansion, the most expensive of all time.
This soon-to-be Bel Air mansion was just placed on the market for $500 million- more than three times the sale price of the most expensive home in the nation! This mega mansion is over 100,000 square feet of living space- encompassing nearly 2.3 acres, while the main residence is nearly 74,000 square feet, thus leaving the remainder of the area to multiple surrounding guest houses. The mansion boasts a 5,000 square foot master bedroom, a “Monaco-style” casino, a 30-car garage and a 45-seat cinema theater. Though the house itself is pretty magnificent, the yard surrounding this masterful piece of art is made up of 20,000 square feet of grass and boasts 360 degree views of the Los Angeles Basin, Beverly Hills and the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
This palace-esque mansion is being built by Nile Niami- who is determined to be the property developer of the most expensive home sold to date. Nile Niami was originally a big-budget movie producer- with credits for Steven Segal’s The Patriot (1998) and The Watcher (2000) starring James Spader, Keanu Reeves and Marisa Tomei- however, instead, decided to turn his talent and dedication towards property development.
Previously, Niami sold an $18 million home to Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, the twins notorious for suing Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg. Now Niami has definitely set his eye on the prize for this one and that prize is at the most expensive price ever!
Niami’s mega mansion, which even has its own personal nightclub, is a true masterpiece. The question is not what amenities it does have, it’s what amenities it doesn’t have.
This dream mega mansion is set to be completed within 20 months. Do you think Niami can do it?
